Feathered Touch Electrolysis provides electrology services performed by an appropriately licensed California practitioner. All services are cosmetic in nature and do not diagnose, treat, manage, or address medical conditions. Services are not healthcare services and do not replace medical evaluation or treatment.
Electrolysis is provided for the purpose of permanent hair removal in accordance with California electrology regulations and governed by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
3. Client Responsibilities & Service Boundaries
Clients agree to provide accurate information relevant to services, including preferences and surface sensitivities, as voluntarily disclosed.
The Company reserves the right to modify or decline a service if it falls outside the Company’s professional scope, scheduled parameters, or operational policies.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or services shall, where permitted by law, be resolved through binding arbitration in San Luis Obispo County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This does not prevent either party from pursuing claims in small claims court where applicable.
